You must be an APNNS/JNNS Regular or Student Member to register at APNNS/JNNS member rate. You will be asked to enter your “Membership number” registered with your academic society.

*If your APNNS/JNNS membership ID is not available, enter “99999″. And please upload the proof of completed payment in the registration system.
- Registration fee is JPY and includes VAT.
- Main conference includes attendance to technical sessions, including parallel SS, posters, reception, and coffee breaks during November 20(PM)-23.
- “Tutorials” and “Workshops” are able to attend only each session. (Exclude the main conference)
- If you wish to participate in all sessions during the conference (Nov. 20-24), you must register for “Main conference”, “Tutorials”, and “Workshops”.
- One paper publication is included in the main conference fee. One additional paper from the same author is permitted for an extra charge.
- Banquet and lunch are not included in the registration fee. They can be added as optional items in the registration until October 31st.
- For all participants, including tutorials, workshops, and accompanying persons,
banquet tickets are available for registration. We will accept applications in the order they are received and cease accepting applications once the limit is reached. - The banquet fee for an accompanying person is a flat rate of JPY7,000.
Payment Options
The registration system accepts payments by “credit card” only.
(Acceptable Card Types: VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB)
Credit card transactions will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc.
VISA support
ICONIP 2025 will issue an invitation letter required for visa application free of charge only to participants who have completed both registration and payment.

Transportation
We will provide the free shuttle bus service for all participants between hotels in Onna Village and the venue.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellation. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
