Accommodation at OIST Seaside House

The request process for the OIST Seaside House accommodation has opened. This form is a request. We will inform you of the result of your reservation by email.

Please note the following important points:

  • Rooms are limited and will be offered on a shared-room basis, with priority given to students.
  • Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All guests will share rooms with another participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • Payment can be made by credit card only. The OIST Seaside House guests will be charged for any credit card processing fees.

Rates (per person, when sharing a room with another participant)
First night: 3,500 JPY
From the second night onwards: 1,500 JPY per night
The room rate does not include breakfast.
Cleaning and linen change during your stay: 500 JPY per stay. You will receive one cleaning and linen change during your stay.
