ICONIP Shuttle Bus Service
Free shuttle buses will be prioritized for participants who have registered in advance.
Our staff will check the reservation list, and if there are available seats, we will also accommodate those without a reservation.
Please arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the departure time.

Please be at the pickup location (hotel main entrance) / Manza Beach Mae local bus stop five minutes before the scheduled departure time. The bus schedule should be released in October.
On the first day, please tell the driver that you are attending the ICONIP 2025 when using the shuttle buses. From the second day onwards, please show your ICONIP 2025 name tag to the driver.
Bus Boarding Guidance at Naha Airport
All buses to Onna Village and the northern area depart from the Domestic Terminal, 1st Floor (Arrival area) at Bus Stop No. 2 or No. 3 and also stop at the International Terminal Bus Stop No.2. Please check the information below for your destination and bus stop number.
Bus timetables and frequencies may differ on weekends and national holidays.
Please check the latest schedule before traveling, especially if you plan to depart early morning or late evening.
Note: Monday, November 24, 2025 is a national holiday in Japan. Bus services will operate on a holiday schedule that day.

Tickets can be reserved online or purchased at Naha Airport, some Hotels in Onna village and Onna-noeki (Nakayukui-market). Please check the ticket booth information.
However, advance booking is not required — passengers may board without a reservation.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets can be purchased online, at the Naha Airport counter, or at hotels served by the Limousine Bus.
Passengers cannot board without a valid ticket. Kindly ensure that you purchase your ticket before boarding.

Bus No. 120 is convenient for getting around Onna Village.
The timetable differs between weekdays (11/20,21), Saturdays (11/22), Sundays (11/23) and National Holiday (11/24). Reservations not required. Please note that most local buses accept only cash (coins or ¥1,000 bills).
¥1,000 bills can be changed on the bus, but ¥2,000, ¥5,000, and ¥10,000 bills cannot be exchanged on the bus.

The OIST Shuttle Bus is available for guests traveling between the Ishikawa Interchange bus stop and the OIST Auditorium / Seaside House. It uses the same bus stop as the Highway Bus.
Please note that this service operates on weekdays only.
