ICONIP 2025 No-Show Policy
The International Conference on Neural Information Processing (ICONIP 2025) is committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of its academic program and published proceedings. To uphold these standards, ICONIP 2025 will implement the following No-Show Policy.
1. Mandatory Attendance
For each accepted paper, at least one listed author is required to attend the conference in person and deliver the presentation at the scheduled session.
Presenters are responsible for checking the official conference program to confirm the exact presentation time.
2. Definition of No-Show
A paper will be deemed a No-Show if none of the listed authors attend the assigned session on-site and the presentation is not delivered.
3. Reporting to ICONIP 2026
Papers identified as No-Show at ICONIP 2025 will be reported to the organizers of ICONIP 2026.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of emergencies, such as:
- Serious illness
- Accidents
- Other unavoidable and justified circumstances
Authors seeking an exception must contact the ICONIP 2025 Organizing Committee <iconip2025@apnns.org> as soon as possible.
5. Agreement to the Policy
By submitting and having a paper accepted to ICONIP 2025, authors are considered to have agreed to abide by this No-Show Policy.
This policy aims to promote active participation by presenters and to foster meaningful academic exchange within the ICONIP community. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
