Prepare Camera-Ready Paper

Please prepare your final manuscript according to the Springer author guidelines available at:

https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines

The paper length must be between 12 and 15 pages (including figures, references, and appendix) in Springer LNCS Proceedings format.

– A license-to-publish agreement, signed by hand by the corresponding author on behalf of all of the authors of the paper.
– A suggestion for an abbreviated running head, if appropriate.
– Information about correct representation of authors’ names, where necessary.

Then, compress the folder into a single zip file using the following naming convention:

Please click the button to submit your camera-ready materials.

The submission deadline is scheduled for August 25.

Important Notes

No Author Changes Permitted

The author list must remain the same as in the initial submission, except for the correction of typographical errors. We found that some submissions were incorrectly anonymized, but we allowed them to proceed through the review process this time. If your paper falls into this category, please inform us when submitting your camera-ready version.

Preprint Policy

If you have published your paper in preprint servers before submitting it to ICONIP 2025, you must update the preprint version once your ICONIP 2025 paper has been published in the proceedings by Springer-Nature by including the following sentence in the acknowledgement section of your paper.

> “This preprint has not undergone peer review (when applicable) or any post-submission improvements or corrections. The Version of Record of this contribution is published in [insert volume title], and is available online at https://doi.org/[insert DOI]”.

The DOI will be known after the proceedings are published on the Springer-Nature website.

Springer-Nature will not have any embargo in such cases.
